What is Accolade Group of Vermont, LLC?

Accolade Group (AGVT) is a Vermont based Internet company founded in 1995, so we have a lot of experience. We have steadily changed our company model to keep up with changes in the Internet world. As part of those changes, we now focus exclusively on SEO for clients.
Website design and development is handled by our sister company, Accolade Group of India, Pvt. Ltd.

What is Accolade Group of India, Pvt. Ltd. ?

Accolade Group of India (AGIN) is our sister company and it’s formal name is AGIN Website, Pvt. Ltd.
AGIN was founded in India by Ujjwal Pal who continues to work at AGVT as a web developer and SEO consultant. Ujj is a trained SEO and web developer, according to AGVT standards. Ujj speaks fluent English and regularly engages with AGVT clients.

How much do you charge for Search Engine Optimization?

We have three packages available for SEO which we describe below. You can also get a visual of our services and cost on our page for Search Engine Optimization Pricing.
Basic SEO
- Basic SEO is for websites that have been online but have not been fully optimized for search engines.
- This package provides basic modifications to the website that are needed to help the website improve its position in the search engine result pages (SERPS).
Business – Level I
- This is a package especially for small businesses.
- This package continues the SEO modifications that were established in the Basic SEO package. If you think that your website has successfully setup SEO, you should begin with this package.
- If you are not sure about how well your website is setup for SEO, than it would be financially better for you to begin with Basic SEO.
Business – Level II
- The main difference between Business Level I and Level II is Email Advertising and Newsletter promotion.
- If your website has been doing well and giving you a profitable ROI, then you should consider expanding your business reach through Email Advertising and Newsletter promotion.
- These two elements require time and effort by the business on a regular basis and therefore are not recommended for a business that is unsure of its current SEO status.
- Note that if we have been developing your SEO strategy, we will advise you to consider Level II when your other goals are met.

Can I host my website on your servers?

Yes, you can host your website on our servers.
To do this, we can transfer your Domain Name to our Registrar. There is a small charge from the registrar for doing this; but, it will increase the time you have use of the Domain Name by 1 year.

If you do SEO for us, do we have to have our website on your server?

No, you can keep your website hosted wherever you like.
SEO services involve making changes to your website. For this, we can work together with your current web developer and hosting company.
However, if you do want us to host your website on our servers, we can offer you an attractive package.

How do you make changes to our website?

There are two ways that changes can be made:
- You or your web developer would give us access to the back end of the website and we can login and make the changes.
- Or, we can tell your web developer what changes need to be made and s/he can make the changes. We would then verify that the changes we requested were correctly completed.
Note that you are responsible for paying your web developer for any changes s/he makes.

I already have a website, but I’ve never hired an SEO service. Where do I begin?

We suggest that you subscribe to our BASIC SEO PACKAGE. This package was designed for companies in your situation.
The Basic SEO Package will evaluate your existing web pages and make modifications to conform with SEO standards.
After you see the positive effects of our changes, we recommend that you upgrade your subscription to BUSINESS – LEVEL I.

I don’t have a website yet, but I know that I need one. Can you help me?

Sure, we will be happy to help you. And let me tell you how you can save money in the process.

Do you provide SEO services for WordPress?

Yes, we provide SEO services ONLY for WordPress. We do NOT work on Jumla!, Drupal or other Content Management Systems (CMS).

I want to redesign our company website. Can you handle the redesign and begin SEO for us?

Yes, our sister company, Accolade Group of India, Pvt. Ltd, can handle the redesign for you. After that, we can begin with the SEO Basic Package to get you up to speed.

What is the difference between Business Level I and Business Level II?

Business Level II is the same as Business Level I except that it includes the possibility of Email Marketing and Newsletter production.
Both of these are beneficial to an established company that wants to expand its reach into the marketplace.
Most small businesses do not have the time or personnel to work on such projects on a regular basis since they are normally working on their business full time.

How do I pay for work done by Accolade Group?

Accolade Group of Vermont sends email invoices near the end of the month. You can pay the invoice online via a credit card.

Is there a written agreement that is provided to a client?

Yes, for new clients, a Proposal is sent to the client before any work is started.
Payment terms are explained in the Proposal.
